Hi! My name is Bailey and I love being a real estate agent!

I grew up in Arkansas and you can sure notice the accent! I watched my mom develop her career in real estate and caught ‘the bug’ at a young age. I began my work career as a teacher, and we bought our first home. We continued to move, buy, and sell over the years, and bought homes that needed remodeling and learned to do a lot of the work myself.

I moved to Florida in 1992 and life brought me to Inverness in 2017. I started flipping houses and met Katie Spires. She encouraged me to get my real estate license, which has always been my dream. Now I am so blessed to be a licensed sales agent belonging to the Katie Spires Team. Katie is a great mentor, and I can always depend on her 14 years of local experience. We have a fabulous support group and growing team of agents from all walks of life.

My #1 goal as a real estate agent is to help my customers through the stressful times of buying and selling and to accomplish this goal ethically and honestly. Hopefully, we can even have fun too! It is a real privilege for me to be able to share in the lives of my customers and to see their joy when they walk into the perfect home.
