Shared Calendars

As a team we have four shared calendars through Outlook. In the list to the right you can find descriptions of each shared calendar. Please note that your calendars may show up with a different color.

 
 
  • Any events that involve the whole team will be updated through this calendar.

  • Any appointments for photos to be taken of listings are shared here. As well as the live dates for any upcoming listings.

  • As soon as a buyer goes under contract on a home and the email with the contract has been sent to the team, the timeline of significant dates will be built out into this calendar.

  • As soon as a seller goes under contract on their home and the email with the contract has been sent to the team, the timeline of significant dates will be built out into this calendar.

 
  • This event indicates a property’s executed date. Within the event there is additional information included:

    • Customer Information

    • Cooperating Agent Information

    • Title Company Information

    • Lender Information

  • This indicates the final day that escrow is due and within the event there is additional information:

    • Title Company

    • Escrow Amount Due

  • This indicates the final day for inspections and within the event there is additional information:

  • This is always placed after the End of Inspection Period to serve as a reminder to order and pay for the survey.

  • The date that the property is scheduled to close is noted on the Closing Calendar with additional information:

    • Commission

    • Referral

    • Brokerage Fees

    • Credits Due

    • Additional Terms

This calendar is located in the front office. Three-months are featured on the board with dates of closings, team events, and tracking of Volume and Units.
