Hello!

After a 20+ year career in the IT field, I decided to join my wife, Katie Spires, in the world of real estate. We had a vision of setting up a real estate business that would impact our local community and that would provide the opportunity for our children to gain knowledge and utilize all that we've learned, and hopefully will apply in their future endeavors. It’s all about creating a life worth living, enjoying the journey each day, and owning a legacy worth leaving behind for our children that can be passed down. What better business to own than a real estate business. Our team members are vital to the impact we have here in the county and with each team member’s hard work & dedication it creates a positive experience with every customer.

My wife and I grew up in Citrus County and have seen so many changes throughout the years. Being part of our real estate team is a blessing on how we can help with the growth of our small town. It is an absolute pleasure to help all the wonderful families find or build their forever home here in Citrus County and helping people sell their home, as they reach new chapters in their life.
