Upon joining the team, in whatever capacity, we have an established process of what the first few days will look like to build a strong foundation.
30-60-90
Once we’ve completed the first few days of onboarding, we will move on to the specific 30-60-90 for your role. This is a built-out process to set you up for success.
Handbook
Within the onboarding period, you will have already signed and agreed to the Katie Spires Team Handbook, Standards & Guidelines, as well as the Independent Contractor Agreement. This is a resource to refer to.
