Investing in Real Estate

As we enter into the third quarter of the year, it is often the time of year that businesses and companies begin to set goals for next year and reflect on trends within their market.

Homeowners, and investors specifically, run their own version of a business. So, let’s look back on the first quarter of 2022. According to CoreLogic, the average home equity gained between 2021 and 2022 was $64,000. (CoreLogic 2022)

That is incredible. This means that if you bought a home in January of 2021 and wanted to sell it in January of this year, the value of your home increased exponentially. We all are aware of the real estate market and how fickle it can be, both on the buying side and on the selling side. However, real estate still remains the primary choice for investing.

As a professional real estate team, we are here to help those who are interested in investing in real estate, whether that is buying a home to flip and sell, curating a portfolio of rental properties, or simply assist with any questions you may have about the market and the process of investing.
