Who are we?

On the Katie Spires Team we are committed to provide a personalized and tailored service to each of our customers, along with a deep desire to impact you, our communities, and colleagues in a positive and compassionate way. You will be working with a small yet robust team of professionals that have a combined 20+ years of real estate experience with nine licensed agents. We have made strong connections with many trusted business partners within the real estate industry, including lenders, home inspectors, contractors, and other essential service providers. This network allows our team to connect clients with trusted experts, streamlining the process.

IN-HOUSE SERVICEs

As part of the experience working with Katie Spires Team, we offer in-house photography, videography, and 3D virtual tours. We also offer light staging with any listings that we have.

As a team we are plugged in to the Multiple Listing Service (MLS) and we are able to syndicate with Keller Williams’ Global Network and 100+ other sites that cover the state of Florida and nationwide. We also market your property on our social media platforms.

Within our team we have nine licensed agents and three staff members. We use all of each others’ strengths to build a collaborative team to best serve our community and customers.
