Anytime Fitness
Anytime Fitness is open 24/7 every day with its 24-hour security. At Anytime Fitness they made it their mission to provide their customers with a total fitness experience that is designed to help reach their goals. They know it doesn’t just take a gym membership to have a healthy lifestyle, that is why they offer other solutions that incorporate fitness, nutrition, and recovery. It’s great that you can take a class or train by yourself. They also offer private restrooms and showers, HDTVs, and vitamins and supplements.
The Anytime Fitness moto is for them to help their customers build out a plan, which starts with contacting the gym to get set up with a coach they will help with their clients’ fitness journey and they are highly motivated to help with your plan today. Their coaching and training is designed based off the client’s goals to reach with confidence. Who would not want the coaching, training, and accountability to make their health goals come true and become a healthier individual?
What other services does Anytime Fitness have to offer besides being able to provide and develop a plan for success? Some of the training and coaching services that they offer include: small group training, personal training, specialized classes, and fitness assessment. The small group training is something I got to experience at the 6am class on a Thursday ran by Susan and these ladies and gentlemen were motivated to increasing their healthy lifestyle…you can see their desire and motivation. In fact, the instructor, Susan, did the class with them as everyone at Anytime Fitness wants to be a part of a healthy lifestyle. The team training schedule varies on the days of the week, but one thing is certain… the times of the classes are 6:00am, 8:00am, 11:00am, 3:30pm, or 5:30pm and the types of classes offered are build, base, or burn. Contact Susan for more information about the team schedule.
Now let us get to the good stuff! In the cardio category they have the Treadmills, Elliptical Cross-Trainers, Exercise Cycles, Stair Climbers, Rowing Machines, Spin Bikes, Jacob’s Ladder, and Octane LateralX. Then for the free weights you have the squat racks, plate loaded, dumbbells, and barbells. They also have their functional training that involves kettlebells, TRX, battle ropes, dumbbells, multi-functional rack, medicine balls, plyometric boxes, BOSU, jump ropes, and resistance bands.
Another tool that they offer their clients is a body scan called “InBody.” The advanced technology analyzes body composition, and the blood pressure monitors can deliver accurate, quick, and non-invasive assessments. By using this, the technology uses a combination of frequencies to determine the total body water, uses a 8-point tactile electrode system, conducts a direct segmental multi-frequency bioelectrical impedance analysis that measures each cylinder to provide accurate measurements of the body, and there is no empirical estimations. It not only provides accurate results, it provides feedback on how to make progress to help achieve your goals.
