4 Places to Search for Homes

Search on Our Website

Our website has a feature under ‘Properties’ that says ‘Search’. Upon clicking that option it will prompt a screen like the below to pop up.

This is where you can input the criteria that you are searching for in a home. After selecting your options, it will populate a list of homes matching your search along with a map of the area.

As you find homes that you like there is an option to save the home as a possibility by clicking the heart by the property. Once you have selected the homes that are of interest to you, you can view them all by clicking ‘Possibilities at the top of the box. Within that box, you can click on ‘Sign Up with Katie Spires’ in blue text at the bottom of your list.

This will ask you to input basic information so that we can assist with anything you may need as you search for a home.

There are various websites that allow searching of different areas. Keep in mind that these typically are fed from. MLS (multiple listing service) websites which agents have direct access to. So, these can provide basic searches, but if you get serious about a property we suggest reaching out to your local, trusted real estate agent as they can provide further insight on certain properties and provide up-to-date statuses of properties as well.
